Join us for the launch of the PIECE study’s final report in this online webinar.
Following an opening by Andrew Gwynne MP – Shadow Social Care Minister and Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Fatherhood – we will hear a presentation on the headline findings from Helen Norman (PI) and Jeremy Davies (co-I) that highlight the importance of fathers’ care for children’s education and development.
We will also hear about a practice example on the benefits of fathers reading to their children from Jeszemma Howl who will tell us about the Fatherhood Institute’s Fathers Reading Every Day (FRED) programme. There will be a panel discussion about the importance and challenges of engaging fathers with experts from Learning with Parents, Peeple, Dope Black Dads, TheDadLab and Parentkind.
